Stacey Barlow Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Arnett and Patricia Beatey; and her brother Mike Arnett. She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Flinton (Andrew); her grandchildren, Samantha and Emerson; her brother Jeff Arnett; her former husband Terry Barlow; her brothers, Gary and Larry; her nieces and nephews, Michelle, Heather, Victoria, Rochelle, Trevor and Jason; Diana. She is also survived by her daughter and son-in-law, and two granddaughters.

Many knew her as the "rock" that was always stable and available. The Christian values instilled in her as a child served as the foundation for her entire life and were the values she lived out in front of her family, friends, and employees.
