He was predeceased by: his mother Ella Maude Moff (McNeal); and his stepson Kevin Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Judy Moff; his children, Stephanie Holyfield (John Edward), Kimmy Jan (Chris Stofer), Amy Jones and Josh Moff (Megan); his grandchildren, Gage, Addie Stofer, Avery, Mason Jones, Owen, Kamryn Moff, Hilary of John, T. J., Marissa, Madilyn, Yvie, Annika and Madelyn; his father Lawrence "Larry" Moff of Yukon; and his sister Shirley McDaniel (Leo) of Yukon. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in honor of Teddy may be directed to the Building Fund of Sara Road Baptist Church.
