She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Bond and Iva Bond (Rawls); and her brother Olson Bond. She is survived by: her husband Mike "Coach" Black; her brother Willard Bond (Elaine); her daughters, Trudy Smith (Kenny) and Megan Rose (Britt); her grandchildren, Regan Osborn (Caleb), Blaine Roark, Braden Rose and Tate Rose; and her great grandchildren, Shepherd Joseph and Iva Louise. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Wanda's memory to "First Baptist Church, Yukon - Project 2.0.".
