With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Carrol Phelps of Albany, Oregon, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Carrol left this world on May 23, 2025 at the age of 81, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hendrix and Faye Hendrix; and her siblings, Debra and Kevin. She is survived by: her husband Bennie Phelps; her children, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Aaron; her sister Ann; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Mia and Claire.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eastside Christian Church (1910 Grand Prairie Rd SE, Albany, OR 97322).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carrol's name to Eastside Christian Church (for the Roof Project) or to Fish of Albany, Inc.
