She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hendrix and Faye Hendrix; and her siblings, Debra and Kevin. She is survived by: her husband Bennie Phelps; her children, Jennifer, Elizabeth and Aaron; her sister Ann; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Brandon, Mia and Claire.
