Though Charlotte may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlotte touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Ernst and Charlotte Ernst. She is survived by: her siblings, Alvin Ernst, Edna Susens and Juanita Lopez; and her children, Carol, Barbara Brenneman, Robert Barker, Charlou Smith and Ron Barker.

Charlotte's family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
