He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd B. Carper and Irene Carper (Haskin); his wife Marjorie Carper (Haley); his daughters, Debbie JoeAnn Carper and Nancy Gulling (Carper); and his grandson Larry Neal Finch.
He is survived by: his daughters, Starla Strobehn (Curt) of Albany and Leisa Lindberg (Steven) of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Feliciya Boyer (Gulling), Philip Gulling, William Lindberg, Savanna Duran (Lindberg), Carmen Chaney (Finch) and Timothy Finch; and his brothers, Floyd B. Carper Jr. and Ronald Carper. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
