He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duguay and Mildred Duguay (Dupont); and his sister Donna Duguay. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Duguay; his children, Michael McGowan (Katie), Justin Duguay (Andrea) and Ashlee Dunbar (Travis); his sister Dale Coker (Duguay); and his grandchildren, Alexa, Carter and Neil. He is also survived by friends, family members.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Parkinson's Foundation Pacific Northwest Chapter in memory of Dave and his courageous fight.
