Dee Scott Chambers Obituary
We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2025, at the age of 92, Dee Scott Chambers of Albany, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dee leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Chambers and Jennie Chambers (Sullivan); and his sisters, Violet Ellison, Judy Aho and Cathy Roberts.
He is survived by: his significant other Roberta McCary; and his children, Linda Swindle (Jim) and Rodney Chambers (Kim). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fisher Funeral Home (306 SW Washington St, Albany, OR 97321). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Roddy Ranch (33281 Dever Conner Rd NE, Albany, OR 97321).
