He was predeceased by: his parents, Gareld Chartraw and Marie Chartraw (Rohner). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Chartraw of Albany; his children, Marlané Zumwalt (Terry), Kristi "Kasey" Reinhart (Steve) of Albany and Michael Chartraw of Albany; his grandchildren, Jenny, Alaynna, Megan, Macy, Seth, Cole and Allyson; and his siblings, Ron Chartraw and Donna Marie "Beverly" Chartraw. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Gary's honor to the Benedictine Sisters of Mount Angel.
