He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fickenscher and Evelyn Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Kimberly Wigle (Michael) and Amy Fickensher; his grandson Brayden Wigle; and his siblings, Patti Cardwell (Milt) and Joe Casprowiak (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers his family suggests donations to Evergreen Hospice or Parkinsons Foundation.
