He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melroy Stephen and Emma Stephen (Layes); his wife Judy; his children, Katie Barth (Paul) and Jeffrey Stephen (Karena); his siblings, Edward Stephen and Beverly Rosecrans; and his grandchildren, Jarrod (Trushai), Isabella and Kailyn. He was also cherished by his family, friends.
A rosary will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:15 AM at the St. Edwards Catholic Church (100 S Main St, Lebanon, OR 97355). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
