She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Melvin Costa; her children, Robert William Costa, Sharon Luzan Costa Green and Melissa Lynn Costa Williams; and her former husband Arne Jakobsen. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1205 NW Walnut Blvd, Corvallis, OR 97330). A committal service was held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM at the Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens (34275 Riverside Dr, Albany, OR 97321).
