It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy Deborah Howard (Albany, Oregon), who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Rich Howard; her daughter Amy Rainey; and her daughter-in-law Theresa Maginnis. She is also survived by her eight grandchildren, two great granddaughters, and a great, great grandson.
