With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Owen S Casper of Albany, Oregon, who passed away on April 9, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Owen S Casper to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Casper and May Lucetta Casper (Stoddard); his brother Jack Casper; and his great grandchild Henry O. Hansell. He is survived by : his wife Bonnie; his children, Linda Cochenour (Michael), Gary Casper (Tammy), Tammy Scofield (Dallas) and Rod Casper (Uegean Marshall); his brother Milton Elden Casper; and his caregiver Tammy. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (2850 Grand Prairie Rd SE, Albany, OR 97322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Law Memorial Park (2245 SW Whiteside Dr, Corvallis, OR 97333).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to his memory to Evergreen Hospice or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints Missionary Funds in care of Fisher Funeral Home.
