With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patsy Elliott Alexander (Albany, Oregon), born in Union City, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 29, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Elliott and Mary Lee Elliott; and her sister Linda Kenyon. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Kenneth "Ken" Alexander, Jr.; her sons, Eugene "Gene" Kenneth Alexander III and Senior Chief Roy; her grandchildren, Aria, Dorian, Canon, Chant and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Phoenix and Nova Lee; and her brother Roy Elliott. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
