He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Penning and John Penning. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Henderson (Benny) and Sandra Penning (Kelly Camyn); his wife Joan Sisk; and his children, Rhonda Pugsley (Todd), Carla Gardner, Darla Weddle (Scott), Ryan Penning (Michelle) and Chris Penning. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
