He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Shaffer and Sharon Shaffer; his daughter Melinda; his son-in-law Sean Berretta; his son Troy Shaffer; and his granddaughters, Ashley, Kayla and Paige. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
