He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Blaney and Florence Blaney. He is survived by: his wife Jinaye; his children, Julie, Sarah, Melissa, Jeff, Justin, Nathan and Andrew; his brother Phillip; and his sister-in-law Sandra Blaney. He is also survived by two nephews; and one niece.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at 2125 NW Lester Ave, Corvallis, OR 97330.
