He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Norris Jr. and Dorothy Meyer; his wife Stella Lily Workman; his sister Trudy Weinheimer; his stepfather Gene Meyer; Thomas Edward Norris Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Neilson (Scott), Dawn McUne (Russ) and Nicole Medley (Donald); his granddaughter Megan Wyatt (Jacob); his great grandchild Thomas Wyatt; his grandchildren, Michael Neilson (Stephanie), McKenna Neilson, Andrew McUne, Courtney McUne, Brendan McUne, Emma McUne and Alex Meyer (Pennie Littau); his great grandchild Stella Lily-Meyer; and his grandchildren, Skylar Medley, Ethan Medley and Parker Medley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VFW Foundation, North Santiam Gleaners, or Humanitarian Aid Fund through The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
