He is survived by: his parents, Juan Martinez Amaya of Hillsboro and Yolanda Campos of Aloha; his daughters, Daisia Vitela Amaya of Hillsboro and Alana Liliana Amaya of Aloha; and his siblings, Jaime Amaya (Sara K. Amaya) of Hillsboro, Juan Amaya Jr. of Beaverton and Cynthia. He is also survived by three nephews, four nieces and three grand nephews.
