She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Rightmire and Maxine Rightmire (Stout); and her siblings, Marlene Jones, Allen Rightmire and Alice Blakely.

She is survived by: her husband David Kemper; her children, Mike (Deanna Kemper), Becky Kemper (Stuart Collis) and Dan (Billie Kemper); her brothers, Robert and Jim Rightmire; her grandchildren, Cassie, Rachel, Jake, Will, Cam and Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Cason and Piper.
