He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Nathaniel Ramsay and Gladys Imogene Maddox; his wife Carlyn; and his siblings, Allen, Johnny, Carl, Kenneth, J. E., Joan and Irma.
He is survived by: his brother Wayne; and his children, Tina Hobbs (Lance) of Warrenton, Richard Ramsay II of St. Helens and Shane Ramsay (Kyra) of Aloha, Oregon. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several extended relatives.
