With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert Charles Mulholland of Arlington, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 21, 2026 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles H. Mulholland and Mildred M. Wagner; his sister Linda; his half-sisters, Kristina and Jessica; his former wife Patricia Munoz; his stepdaughters, Ana Isabel Avila (Hugo) and Irene Alejandra Sanchez; his wife Angela Bates; his stepchildren, Lauren Bates Ellison (David) and Kelsey Bates Webb (Chris); his son Garrett Mulholland; and his grandchildren, Arthur, Blake and Alexis.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bob may be made to the Methodist Church of Arlington.
