We are sad to announce that, on April 21, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Phidel Larrusea of Arock, Oregon. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Eugenio, Bonafacio, Julio, Inez, Beatrice, Begonia and Elbeda.

He is survived by: his wife Penny Povey; his daughters, Inez Larrusea (Josh), Florentina Larrusea and Katie Showalter (Caleb); and his grandchildren, Cole, Jade Wainman, Alana, Luke Showalter, Mia, Selena and Liam Badiola.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Basque Cultural Center in Boise, Idaho or Txoko Ona in Homedale, Idaho in Phidel's name.
