He was predeceased by : his father Neil Mendenhall, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Virginia Whealdon (Jeff) of Astoria; his siblings, Andy Mendenhall (Tami) of Warrenton, Rhonda Wills (Jim) of Arizona and Karen Allen (Steve) of Warrenton; and his aunt Kay Vollmer of Warrenton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
