He was predeceased by : his parents, Stan Weitman (Tut) and Marilyn Speer Weitman; his son Scott (Weitman); and his brother Rod Weitman. He is survived by : his sons, Eric, Jason and Dusty Weitman; and his siblings, Rick, Brent, Doug, Diane and Carla. He is also survived by Cousins, Aunts, Uncles.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Phillips name to organizations that provide horses for.
