He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and E. LaVelle Linscott (VanCoppenolle). He is survived by: his wife Winona Carter of Huntington; his daughters, Celinda Linscott of Baker City and LaDawn Berryman (Kevin) of Baker City; and his siblings, Roger Linscott (Christi) of Clearfield, Utah and Ann Burnett (Jay) of Lakewood, Washington. He is also survived by two nephews; two nieces; and numerous cousins.
