She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollin Kennedy (Ina Mae Kennedy) and Ina Mae Kennedy; her husband David Ross (Whistle); her siblings, Rhea Dean McAfee, Dell Meadows, Nell Loflin, Ross Clark and Cal Kennedy; her son John Clark; her grandson Eddie Clark; her great-uncles and great-aunts, Rex Kennedy (Ruby), Troy Kennedy (Myrtice), Hugh Burke, Edwina Burke, Vera, Maggie Musette, Zella Faye and Wanda Joyce; and her grandmother Floy.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Graham (Fred) of Redmond; her daughter-in-law Neva Clark of Winnemucca, Nevada; her son James Clark (Denise) of Baker City, Oregon; her sisters, Jann Maes of Albuquerque and Norma Baker of Las Cruces, N. M.; and her close friends, Margaret Balfour of Baker City, Pat Brennion and John Gaarsland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1250 Hughes Ln, Baker City, OR 97814).
Memorial contributions may be made to Heart 'n Home Hospice through Coles Tribute Center at 1950 Place Street, Baker City, OR 97814.
