He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald D. Culley and Sharon K. Chase (Hoffman). He is survived by: his sister Kimberly Culley-Redmond (William); his niece Destiny of Baker City; his brothers, James Taylor and Robert Browning (Georgia); and his cousin Michael Culley.
