He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Waters and Velma Waters (Lutz); his wife Patricia Waters; and his brother Homer Waters. He is survived by: his sister Alma Waters of Roseburg, Oregon; his children, Dion Waters of Hampstead, Aaron Waters of Bedford, Joel Waters of Midvale, Idaho, Deana Waters of Jacksonville and Corrie Waters of Haines, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Alexis, Alyssa, Gwynneth, Lewis, Damon, Andre, Leyla, Kaitlyn, Peyton, Abram, Jaedyn and Erynn; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Perrin and Elayne.
