He is survived by: his wife Barbara Taves; his sister Melinda Illingworth; his children, Christopher Illingworth (Jeannette), Shannan Illingworth and Sarah Villarreal (TJ); his stepchildren, Barrett Beck (Kacy) and Laura Wade (Aaron Gorman); his grandchildren, Ayden, Meghan, Madison, Fiona, Griffin and Quinn; his stepgrandchildren, Zachariah, Zander, Zyla, Ember and Hazel; and his stepgreat-grandson Otto. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Brian's life may make a memorial donation to a charity of their choice in his name.
