It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patty Sue Mustin (Banks, Oregon), who passed away on August 7, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Valma Houts (Banks) and Homer C. Houts. She is survived by : her husband Bill; her children, Lisa (Brent), John and Michelle; her grandchildren, Luke, Will, Camille and Ana; and her brother Mike (LaDonna). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family welcomes donation to 5 Loaves Food Pantry as an expression of sympathy.
