Smith; his daughter-in-law Nolia; his great grandchildren, Myles, Elliott and Logan of Vancouver, WA; his children, Victor L. Smith and Stephanie Perkins (Smith); and his grandchildren, Brendon Perkins and Bethany Perkins.
