She was predeceased by: her mother Bonnie Wilkins; and her brother Jim. She is survived by: her husband Bob Aptekar; her daughter Megan Roggero; her siblings, Annie Wilkins and Tom Wilkins; her stepsons, Bryan Aptekar and Jerry Ramsden; and her grandchildren, Danielle Buck (Ramsden) and Kevin Ramsden.
Although she developed early-onset Alzheimer's she refused to be defined by this terrible disease.
