He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleburn Andrew Rice and Geneva Mae Rice (Korsmo); and his brother Russell Andrew Rice. He is survived by: his children, Trishaa Rice (John Petrey), Michelle Rice-Clubb (John Clubb) and Shawn Kilby of Hillsboro; his sister Patricia Stokley of Aloha, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Andrea "Andi" Rice, Jenefer Rice, Justine Rice, Chris Clubb, Joshua Clubb, Micheal Clubb and Nikkita Gilbert; and his great great grandchildren, Kyla Rice, Jeremiah Olave, Noah Clubb, Jackson Clubb and Bella Clubb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
