He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cunningham and Doris Cunningham; his wife Barbara Myers (Cook); his stepdaughter Nancy Myers; and his brother-in-law Ray Davis.
He is survived by: his children, Cai, Sean and Cindy Shuman (Eric) of Bend, OR; and his sisters, Kay Wright (Bill) of Bossier City, LA and Bette Lou McClure (Dennis) of Humble, TX. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eight nieces and nephews, and their children.
