She was predeceased by : her parents, Shelton Bullard and Lillie Locklear Bullard; her husband Bradford Lowry; her grandson Brandon Lowry; and her siblings, Belton, Harvey, Daniel, Pat (Shelton, Jr.), Lillie Jacobs, Leather Locklear, Maude Locklear, Louellen Lowery, Zelma Locklear and Grace Lowry.

She is survived by : her children, Harold Aubrey Lowry of Charlotte, NC., Ronald (Sandra Lowry) of Chesapeake, VA., Michael (Gay Lowry) of Hoschton, GA. and Paula (Ron Herren) of Danbury, CT.; her grandchildren, Heather (Khari Villela) of Apex, NC, Christopher (Kirsten Lowry) of Bend, OR and Cameron (Jan); her sister Judy Warner of Charlotte, NC.; and her great grandchildren, Imogen, Zachary Villela, Brandon and Isaac Lowry.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Oman Funeral Home & Crematory (653 Cedar Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23322).
