She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stukel and Margaret Stukel; her husband Ron Drummond; her siblings, Ray Stukel, Cal Stukel and Corine Thomas; her brothers-in-law, Royce Mattson, Larry "Short" Thomas and Tom Shouse; and her niece Theresa Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Drummond (Shari Storm), Rob Drummond (Kristy Kelly) and Kate Drummond (Stephen Williams); her grandchildren, Bekah, Lexie, JoJo, Nolan, Alaya, Thea, Alden and Baker; and also Jerald Rock (Shannon Cain).
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Osheim & Schmidt Funeral Home (2700 Jackson Blvd, Rapid City, SD 57702). A vigil service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (520 Cathedral Dr, Rapid City, SD 57701). A burial was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (418 Church Ave, Gregory, SD 57533).
In lieu of flowers, memorial funds can be donated in Jean's name to the Rapid City Public School Foundation's "Fed and Ready to Learn" campaign.
