He is survived by: his wife Antonia Metherall; his children, Jamie (Adam), Justin (Amanda), Casey (Amanda), Jennifer, Tom and Katie; and his grandchildren, Rayce, Chance, Kyra, Laura, Nathan, Tommy, Julia, John, Benjamin, Christian, Matthew, Alexandra, Gianna and Joey.
