He is survived by: his wife Cindy Perrin Fisher; his children, David Fisher (Ashley) of Visalia, CA and Linda Grace Marie Fisher of Bend, OR; and his brother Ron Fisher. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
