With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Twyla Fern Kelley in Bend, Oregon, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Darwin "Red" Mercure and Margaret Mercure (Hanna); and her grandson Thomas Lane. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Kelley and Alan Kelley; her grandchildren, Jesse Lane and Jayden Kelley; and her brothers, Ron Mercure of Valentine, Nebraska, Norris Mercure (Sharon) of Clarinda, Iowa and Steve Mercure (Kathi) of Tecumseh, Nebraska.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials made in Twyla's honor will be designated by the family at a later date.
