He is survived by: his siblings, Hilde of Walnut Creek, CA and Jim of Boring, OR; his nephews, Bryan (Taylor) of Plymouth, MN, Michael of Grand Rapids, MN, Steve and Mike Knutson of California; his friends, Dave Igl and Tina Moon; and his cousin Kristi (Richard Gemmell).
