She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Taylor and Olga Taylor. She is survived by: her husband George Wilber of Burns; her daughters, Kari Moore (Grant) of McKinney, Kristi Rice (Dan) of Lake Oswego and Megan Fuchs (Anthony) of Oregon City; her grandchildren, Cameron, Jake, Alex, Kellen, Zach, Samantha, Harrison and Logan; and her brother George Taylor (Kally) of Gresham.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the education-oriented charity of your choice.
