He is survived by: his daughter Haley Jasmine Hayes; his son-in-law Andrew McKerrow; his grandsons, Arlo Jude Hayes and Elliott Amos Hayes; his siblings, David Burk, Becky Russell, Kathy Borneman, Kristy Astwood, Janice Burk, Janet Greenleaf, Dianne Larson, Denis Burk and Duane Burk; and his friend Amos.
