With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Lewis Richards (Burns, Oregon), who passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Richards and Gladys Richards; and his siblings, Carole Keckler, Marlene Bates, Donnie Richards, Frankie Richards, Jim Richards (Patty) and Marvin Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Richards of Burns, Oregon; his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Shaun Steinbeck of Hines, Oregon; his son Matt Richards; his grandchildren, Jacob, Mitchel and Nathan Steinbeck of Hines; and his siblings, Max Richards of Redmond, Jeff, Gwen Richards of Bend, Oregon, Beverly Feltner of Berea, Sharon Richards of Redding, California, Bud (Ann Richards), Gordon (Barbara Richards), John Richards of Redding, California and Tom Richards of Palo Cedro, California. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Harney County Home Health and Hospice; Harney County CAN Cancer or other organization of choice in Mike's name.
