She is survived by: her children, Shawn Smith (Mary Morgan) of Canby, Kevin Smith (Leslie Carter) of Cathlamet, Dale Smith (Patrick Smith) of Beaverton and Michelle Mather (Teresa Brewer) of Tualatin. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

In honor of her love for animals, especially her two rescue cats Addie and Lily, memorial contributions may be made to United Paws in Tillamook, Oregon.
