She is survived by: her children, William T. Sprague of Medford, Oregon, Charlene L. Sprague of White City, Oregon, Tami J. Sprague of Lacey, Washington and James D. Sprague of Medford, Oregon.; and her brothers, Harvey Smith of Medford and Clayton Smith of Central Point. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
