He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Harold Robbins Sr. and Theda Louise Kiger Robbins; and his siblings, Delbert Harold Robbins Jr. and Linda Louise Connor Greene. He is survived by: his wife Emma Jane Robbins; his children, James Allen Robbins (Carol), Timothy Lee Robbins (Philena), Darlena Kay Vannier (Jim), Belinda Jane Robbins-Gagich (Wayne) and Karl Quintin Robbins; and his siblings, David Wayne Robbins (Lisa) of Central Point, Oregon and Carmen "Gayle" Robbins Torrez (Ron) of Belfair Washington. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, as well as 12 great grandchildren.
