He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. and Mary R. Norton (Smith); his wife Linda A. Norton (Porcelli); his son Michael Norton III; and his siblings, Richard "Dickie" Norton and Jane Mullen.
He is survived by: his son Sean Norton; his stepdaughter Emily Brunkhorst (Kate); his grandchildren, Cole and Elsa Norton; his nephew Brendan Hefner; and his siblings, Dennis Norton and Eileen Hefner (Ted).
