It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clarence Gearhart of Coos Bay, Oregon, born in National City, California, who passed away on November 4, 2025, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Clarence Gearhart and Ruth Catherine Rhine; and his son-in-law Roger Merritt. He is survived by: his wife Betty Gearhart; and his children, Rick (Lissa Gearhart), Randall (Janell Gearhart) and Sandra Merritt. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Seventh Day Adventist Church in his name.
